I've been thinking about ways of integration of ICT into classroom programmes. Underpinning my ICT background and learning is this graphic that i would like to share. I really like the model, created and used by the ACOT Schools in Australia. (Apple classrooms of tomorrow.) Jeff Utecht has a similar model that he talked about.
Teachers wanting ICT integration ideas, could well place themselves floating between Adaptation and Appropriation. As Jeff noted that we shuffle backwards and forwards between areas as we master a skill set and then embed it into our practice. learning with and learning about ICT and integration is a continual state of flux as the learner moves around the spiral.
There are other developed models. I'll add them as I find them.
