60. Snappy Words

Snappy Words is a free online visual English dictionary and thesaurus that creates a visual mindmap of the word entered. Snappy allows you to search for the definition of words, provides antonyms, synonyms and offers word extensions.

Snappy instantly creates a mindmap visual which allows you to see the choices and alternatives offered for the word entered in the search box. One of the features of Snappy is that this is an interactive application, so the user can drag and manipulate the word textboxes around the screen. While this feature doesn’t change the word or the colouring of that word,  the art of this fluid manipulation and movement does support visual learners.
